1. Security Operations Manager

  • Location: Nairobi, Kenya

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our security services, ensuring client satisfaction and safety.
    • Manage security personnel and coordinate deployment schedules.
    • Develop and implement security strategies tailored to clients’ needs.
    • Respond to emergency incidents and provide solutions in real-time.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in security operations management.
    • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Security Guard

  • Location: Multiple Locations in Nairobi

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Shift-based

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide on-site security and surveillance for clients' properties.
    • Monitor surveillance equipment and ensure that all security protocols are followed.
    • Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
    • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client interaction.
  • Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in security is an advantage.
    • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

3. Technical Support Engineer

  • Location: Nairobi, Kenya

  • Job Type: Full-Time

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support for security systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
    • Assist in the setup and configuration of surveillance equipment, alarms, and access control systems.
    • Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
    • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in technical support or security systems.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
